Is Sunbathing Your Rectum a Fast, Healthy Way to Get More Sunlight?

There's a woman on Instagram who goes by Metaphysical Megan. And she just posted a suggestion: Sunbathe your rectum.

Seriously. She put up a picture of herself nude, lying on a rock, holding her legs in the air, and letting the sun beat on down on . . . well, the place that USED to be called "where the sun don't shine."

She claims that, quote, "30 seconds of sunlight on your [b-hole] is the equivalent of a full day of sunlight with your clothes on." And she even says it's a, quote, "ancient Taoist practice."

So is it true? I couldn't find any medical studies backing it up, but hey, maybe try it out for yourself to find out?
